AstroPop, AvatarUX’s space-bright follow-up to its MultiPop experiments, was released on September 12 2025. Expect sticky cell multipliers, 1,024 – 3,125 ways, a gamble wheel, and high-volatility swings backed by a 96.03% RTP and 10,000x max win.

We’ve recently accused Avatar UX of going a bit overboard with their PopWins mechanic, we aren’t sure they are out here reading reviews, but we certainly appreciate them going with their new Multipop mechanic on Astropop.

AstroPop’s core is this Multipop feature, where each winning combo “pops”, and a multiplier attaches to the grid cell that took part.

On consecutive wins, that cell’s multiplier increases (typically +1, sometimes +2), and certain thresholds can even add wilds to the reels. Because these multipliers persist in the bonus, the board can snowball fast.

Theme and Presentation

AvatarUX leans into a futuristic galactic city vibe with neon skylines, chrome UI, and punchy audio beats that sync with the pops and multiplier boosts.

It looks and sounds crisp, and the interface keeps the MultiPop state easy to read when the board gets busy, though the background graphic seems a bit washed out in comparison.

Free Spins and Gamble Wheels

The base board has 1024 ways to win, but the Free Spins round takes the game up to 5×5 and 3,125 ways you can win. If you’re feeling lucky, you can gamble on just how many free spins you will receive.

If you win your free spin, the count goes from 5 to 8. Win twice in a row on the Gamble Wheel, and you get 12 free spins. A golden field on the gambling wheel can get you 10 free spins on your first win and 14 on the second.

For some reason, if any cell shows a star, you can also get free spins; this doesn’t reset until you actually book a winner. Then, that star goes away, and you get your free spin.
