Oulala Cardinal House Link for DFS in Australia and India

The expansion of online betting on fantasy sports web sites has created new opportunities for fantasy sports advocates. A recent announcement that daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator Oulala is planning to launch a monetised platform in the jurisdictions of Australia and India is an example of the growth in the DFS industry.

The firm is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and is a web-based fantasy football game. The game consists of a typical, traditional fantasy football setup allowing the player to pick real team members to make up their fantasy football team every week. Oulala is different from other fantasy sports games on the web.  Other games operate utilizing only one national league whereas Oulala utilizes the five major European leagues, the English Premier League, the Spanish La Liga, the German Bundesliga, the French Ligue 1 and the Italian Serie A so the manager can pick a team with a mix of the finest team players from the European Leagues. The game also features in-play live management allowing real time substitutions to be made, which is considered a first in the world of fantasy football.

The white label agreement has been arranged between Oulala Games and Cardinal House Group, a provider of online social gaming products and real-money gambling platforms. Oulala added that it is working at being the first DFS brand to be licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority.

Oulala chief executive officer Valery Bollier commented, “At Oulala, we are excited to offer our platform to football lovers in India, Australia and other nearby countries,” “This is the next logical step for us in pursuing our mission to become the leading global daily fantasy network for football.”

A former member of the Oulala board of directors, Graham Martin, now chairman of Cardinal House Group A also added,  “Oulala has proven itself to be a ground-breaker in daily fantasy football in Europe, and its innovative DFS platform has great potential in other markets too.”
