The good news is simply that Dead or Alive is back. The bad news is that there are quite a few changes. And unfortunately, one of those is that we are now playing on a 5×5 grid. Yes, it’s how modern games are played, but it does change the game’s feel.

The other first impression we walked away with is that the volatility here now feels brutal.
