EveryMatrix’s Armadillo Studios Preparing to Release First Game

The business-to-business (B2B) iGaming platform supplier, Malta-based EveryMatrix, has come out and revealed that it has entered into a new gaming content deal with 888casino, part of 888 Holdings. The provider explained that “888 is pairing its strong branding with EveryMatrix’s state-of-the-art technology to deliver outstanding digital products across the globe.”

As a result of the exclusive partnership, the online gaming supplier’s footprint in the US iGaming market will be greatly expanded. It has already made a name for itself with the establishment of a commercial and game development hub in Miami, Florida, where its game development studio Armadillo Studios is based. And over the course of the last year, EveryMatrix has been filing for, and often receiving, online gaming operator licenses in multiple jurisdictions, such as New Jersey, Michigan, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

The supplier clarified that it will continue to distribute iGaming content with the help of its Spearhead Studios and Armadillo Studios thanks to a seamless integration with its own iGaming Integration Platform, CasinoEngine. Armadillo Studios, which is the provider’s chief US-facing studio, is also readying the release of its first-ever original branded game, featuring renowned MMA fighter Amanda ‘The Lioness’ Nunes, highlighting her illustrious career.

“I am very happy to announce that we have signed with 888, one of the largest and most experienced international gaming operators. This agreement will allow us to distribute our game content to a wider audience and we are looking forward to developing the relationship with 888 further.”Erik Nyman, President, EveryMatrix Americas, Press Release

For its part, Talya Benyamini, who acts as the Vice President of business-to-client (B2C) Casino at 888casino, reinforced the company’s commitment to delivering the best quality games possible:

“Product and content leadership is a core element of 888’s global corporate growth strategy, and our partnership with EveryMatrix will help us continue to deliver on our ambitious plans for the future, including in the US. Our commitment to our players to provide the highest quality games content across our portfolio continues to be at the centre of everything we do.”Talya Benyamini , Vice President B2C Casino, 888casino, Press Release

EveryMatrix’s presence in the US is also sure to benefit from a recent agreement it penned in June, joining forces with casino and sportsbook giant BetMGM. This deal offers BetMGM players access to games from EveryMatrix’s two in-house game studios via its mobile platform in New Jersey, with planned future live market expansion also in the pipeline.

iGaming Supplier Received West Virginia License in May 2022

EveryMatrix’s expansion across the United States continued when it received licensing in the US state of West Virginia in May 2022. The iGaming operator first announced its desire to seek a license in West Virginia in January 2021.

It was granted the coveted license after the West Virginia Lottery Commission successfully reviewed all license applications. And much like it did in Miami, Florida, EveryMatrix subsequently went on to establish hosting facilities in the state and begin work to get its slew of products certified.

At the time of the announcement of its entry into the state of West Virginia, EveryMatrix was just hot off the heels of a brand new partnership with International Game Technology (IGT).

EveryMatrix Americas President Erik Nyman took the opportunity to showcase the operator’s further deals with other major US operators:

“EveryMatrix has filed several licenses in states that have regulated casino and sports, and we are pleased to see these efforts are paying off. Alongside licensing, we also have multiple deals with large U.S. operators that will be ready soon,” he added. “It will take a lot of time and dedication to become a leading supplier of turnkey services for gaming in the U.S., but this is another crucial step in that direction.”Erik Nyman, President, EveryMatrix Americas, Press Release

888 Was Granted Ontario iGaming License in March 2022

Meanwhile, on 888’s end, the Gibraltar-based online casino provider 888 secured an iGaming license in Ontario back in March 2022. The news came shortly before the Canadian province officially launched its legal online gambling market the following month.

Thanks to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), 888 can now offer online casino, sport betting and poker products to players in the province. The provider held active licenses in 19 locally regulated markets at the time, including seven states in the United States.

Chief executive of 888 Itai Pazner sees the province as a key future market for the company:

“As a group, our focus is on strengthening our presence and offer to customers across key regulated markets. To that end, Ontario represents an attractive long-term growth opportunity for 888 and this is an extremely strategically important milestone for us.”
