Red Rake Gaming Granted an Official Romanian Gambling License

Red Rake has obtained an official gambling license from Romanian regulators; this will allow them to establish themselves in the Eastern European country. For a while, Red Rake has maintained a fairly low profile, popping up occasionally across numerous parts of the world, but since the turn of the year, they’ve been on a mission to conquer as much territory as possible. Certain roadblocks have prevented them from gaining as much as they’d like, but there’s no denying that Red Rake is on course to become one of the biggest iGaming companies in Europe.

Red Rake Gaming has managed to snare an all-important official gambling license, allowing them to fully begin their Romanian endeavors with the government’s full backing. Some have labelled it a risky move for Red Rake, who have acquired property all across Europe. Red Rake now has official gambling tenures in 11 European countries, including Germany, the UK, Italy, and recently acquired an official provisional license in Belgium. They have 100s of casinos around the world, and most of their property lies in central America. For years they’ve served the US market to a high standard, and new objectives for the business means they’re pushing their luck over the sea. Hedging their bets to see which of their ventures may end up successful and which will fail, an inevitable part of the business.

Romanian regulators granted the company a second-class license; this allows Red Rake to safely establish their website domains in the country and also gives them opportunities to produce advertising content for the country. However, a class two license doesn’t allow firms to build or own casinos, and this is perhaps the biggest downside for Red Rake Gaming as their biggest ventures are land-based casinos. They are well known for their gambling halls, especially in Southern America.

The Red Rake philosophy has always been maintaining a physical presence as you can connect with your customers. While they do offer online services, they themselves recommend you visit one of their land-based casinos for a higher-quality experience. Their casinos specialize in virtual experiences such as horse racing and poker, of course, all the traditional card games are a must as they remain the most popular gambling activity across the world. Online casinos proved to be immensely popular during lockdown and Red Rake will look to take advantage of the recent buzz surrounding them.

Red Rake has said that upon opening, their whole catalog wont be available for players to interact with upon launch; however, they’re working on bringing their regular star players into the line-up for Romanian users as soon as possible. As this is unchartered territory for them, Red Rake will collect as much user data to determine whether the franchise is successful in Eastern Europe. If it proves to be a hit, they will invest more into developing new games for the Romanian market.

Is Romania the One?

Before their initial entry into the market, Red Rake analysts have been hard at work to determine the chances of success Romania has for them. With help from industry experts, they finalized their attack plan and set after acquiring a gambling license, which they achieved almost immediately. Red Rake is known for getting deals done fast, and this has been no exception. It has been only a month since they contacted Romanian regulators and how they have successfully gained entry.

Red Rake is definitely in it for the long run; now, with casino property and internet domains all over Europe and America, they may become one of the longest-lasting gambling companies ever. Their legacy will surely last for a long time as their innovation for online content and land-based casinos have pushed the industry forward. Labeling them pioneers is an understatement. As they add Romania to their collection, one can only wonder where will they go next and how long until it inevitably happens again?
