Ohio is perhaps most renowned for producing world-renowned sports stars and teams, which Caesars Digital president Eric Hession made reference to in a statement announcing the launch of the full Caesars Sportsbook in the state, promising fans that they will be treated like royalty:

The launch was made possible thanks to its partnership with NYRA Bets, the official online wagering platform of the New York Racing Association (NYRA). The app allows customers to engage in pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing content from over 250 tracks worldwide.

In February 2022, Caesars deepened its footprint in Ohio by signing a multi-year agreement to become the official sportsbook partner of standout NBA team and franchise the Cleveland Cavaliers. The agreement features plans to open a retail sportsbook at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, the home stadium of the Cavaliers, provided the operator receives all necessary regulatory approval. More big moves from Caesars came as recently as September 2022, when it announced that it would be launching new physical retail sportsbook locations in the Southern US state of Louisiana, along with a major update to its sports betting and iGaming platform in Pennsylvania.

The new and improved Caesars Sportsbook app in Pennsylvania puts forth a new and improved sports betting experience, as well as a range of casino gaming options. Also featured are additional ways to deposit funds, faster payouts, live scoreboards, and more in depth in-play betting options.

In the same announcement, Caesars specified the launch of several new physical retail sportsbooks facilities at its Harrah’s New Orleans and Horseshoe Bossier City Hotel & Casino sites in Louisiana. The two new sportsbooks are very sizeable: Horseshoe Bossier City’s new sportsbook covers an area of over 6,900sq ft, while the facility at Harrah’s New Orleans showcases an impressive size of 5,700sq ft.
