Two firms iGame and Plus One Dreams have made the leap and decided to join forces in order to offer a  more competitive product line up. iGame will acquire the majority of the shares outstanding in Plus One Dreams in a transaction that will be completed by May 15th 2014. The merger of the companies will see the retention of existing staff, with plans in the works for expansion and more recruitment during expansion.

The Chief Executive Officer of iGame, Robin Larsson, said, “The merger would enable the combined companies to undertake significant investments in the future in order to improve services & create a unique gaming experience.”
